Legal immigration assistance to HR professionals

In close cooperation with our client, we provide pragmatic immigration solutions. We assist HR professionals with securing the necessary immigration documents in order for their foreign employees and their families to be able to legally work and reside in the Netherlands. Our staff is experienced, dedicated and professional. We have excellent contacts with various Dutch authorities. We have in depth knowledge of and experience with the Dutch Kennismigrantenregeling (Knowledge Migration Regime), through which the right for legal work and residence can be obtained more efficiently. The new Dutch immigration law, Modern Migratie Beleid, which was implemented in June 2013, holds no secrets for us. We were involved in the pilot projects preceding the actual implementation of the new law.

Relocation

Our relocation services specialists facilitate expatriates’ settling-in process in the Netherlands. We assist HR professionals in finding suitable housing for their company’s expatriates and family members. We arrange pre-relocation orientation visits during which the expatriates and their family members are introduced to the areas of their choice and to every day living in the Netherlands. During the first period in the Netherlands, our relocation professionals are readily available to the expatriate for everyday questions.
